@danielwheelwright The press ups and ball slams are ‘bread and butter. for a back row forward. Think explosive tackle and then getting back on your feet. Will leave anyone seriously gassed!
I fail to see how any of this is functional for rugby?? Its just a lot of hard work but no functionality for the sport or postition he plays?? Anyway he was our best player in the shambles of a world cup!
@ 3.44= Awesome!

@MrJohnnyJoyce I thought you might of, otherwise you wouldn’t of answered it, just saying is all
@ShizzyFromYesterday who cares what it is
@MrJohnnyJoyce somehow i doubt its 60kg considering im not 105kg and am no where near as strong as this guy, especially as i have also seen Ugo Monye doing 120kg with reps and he is a back, you will probs find its more along the line of 180kg
Why dont you dig a hole in a road with ya bare hands and make some money 😉 Good stuff guys.
linkin park in the back, jheeze
@beechyboy22 60 kilos
What’s Haskell’s 1 rep max on bench press?? or what is it roughly?
@R4Reach His strenghts must be devastating!!!
@sporegan This is extra work for James on top of what he does in the England camps at Pennyhill Park etc, i.e. he chooses to do the extra work and we look at areas of weakness in his game/physical ability to target and thus improve.
@R4Reach – Is James training off his own back (i.e. he’s not required by the England camp to do this)?
Do other England players have their own personal coach? Certainly looks more fun (but hard!) then some training sessions I’ve been to.
